It is only private consumers who can purchase products on www.bygarmentmakers.com and when ordering you confirm that you do not buy products for business or for re-sale purposes. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

Once you have placed an order on www.bygarmentmakers.com you will automatically receive an electronic e-mail acknowledgment that ACG has received your order. The confirmed order is the final and legally binding contract between ACG and the customer. An e-mail from ACG will confirm the order. All prices are inclusive of Danish VAT. When ordering products on the BY GARMENT MAKERS e-shop webshop, a shipping cost will be added. This may vary depending on the country where to the order will be shipped.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

IS BUYING ON-LINE SAFE?

Payment will be debited from your card at the time of dispatch. To make sure your payment is secure the card details are encrypted with Quickpay, a payment gateway certified by the PCI-standard, MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa. Following a return, refunds will be made to the same card as used for the original online order. All prices are inclusive of Danish VAT.

DELIVERY

ACG / By Garment Makers ships to all EU membership countries. Orders made online will usually be accepted and shipped within 3 working days. Once the order has been dispatched, the delivery time is depending on the country where to, the order will be shipped. When ordering products on the BY GARMENT MAKERS webshop, a shipping cost will be added. Shipping cost is EUR 15,00 regardless of size and weight. Free Shipping on all orders above DKK 1000,00/EUR 150,00.
Delivery in Denmark: 1-2 working days (GLS)
Delivery in other Countries: 2-3 working days (UPS)

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL/RETURN

You have the right to cancel your order without reasons. You can return any item within 14 days of receiving your original order. The 14 day cancellation period is calculated as from the date on which you received the products. If you would like a different size or color, please return your unwanted product and place a new order. All goods will be inspected by return and must be in a reasonable condition. The returned product must not have been damaged, soiled, washed or altered and all labels or tags must still be intact. Return your parcel by using the enclosed returnlabel. The cost for using the returnlabel is DKK 39,-/EUR 6,- which will be deducted the amount of your refund. You can also send at your own risk and expense (the goods are your responsibility until they reach our stock). We will pay the shipping in case of exchanges. You are entitled to a right of complaint for 24 months.

REPAYMENT

If you exercise your right to cancel your order, or make a return, your payment will be refunded. Refunds will be credited to your card no later than 14 days after a cancellation or return has been received.

If you are a consumer residing in another EU country, you can also file your complaint to The European Commission's online complaint portal. The appeal is submitted via http://ex.europa.eu/odr.

LIABILITY

ACG is not liable for any non-performance or delays due to force majeure. Furthermore ACG is relieved from performance of its obligations for as long as a force majeure situation persists ACG’s liability for any claims is limited to an amount equal to the price of the product purchased by you.
